Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Super Achievers Abroad Education including IELTS mock tests, writing evaluation, speaking practice sessions, institute subscriptions, and other learning services.

1. Definitions

Cancellation: Cancellation means stopping or rescheduling a service before the service begins, such as cancelling a speaking session or rescheduling an appointment.

Refund: Refund means returning the payment made by a user due to eligible reasons such as duplicate payment, technical errors, or service unavailability.

2. Free Mock Tests Policy

All users receive two (2) free mock tests after registration.

If a user has accessed or attempted the free mock tests, the account will be considered as having received promotional services.

Users who have utilized the free mock tests will not be eligible for any refund claims under any circumstances.

3. Mock Test Purchases

Mock tests once activated or attempted are non-refundable.

If a mock test cannot be completed due to a technical error, a replacement test attempt will be provided.

4. Writing Evaluation Services

Writing evaluation services include:

Writing evaluation services are non-refundable once evaluation has started.

Human evaluation may take approximately 24–48 hours.

5. Speaking Practice Sessions

Speaking sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

If a trainer is unavailable, the session will be rescheduled.

6. Institute & Agent Purchases

All payments made by Institutes and Agents for subscriptions, student packages, or services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Institutes and Agents may request validity extension in special cases.

Approval of validity extension requests will be at the sole discretion of the platform administration.

7. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

Refund processing may take 5–10 working days.

If a service cannot be delivered due to technical errors, the platform may provide:

All refund requests, disputes, and appeals will be reviewed by the Grievance and Appeals Department of Super Achievers Abroad Education.

The decision of the Grievance and Appeals Department shall be final and binding on all users, institutes, and agents.

10. Policy Acceptance

By using this platform and purchasing any service, the user, institute, or agent agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
